Check the condition of the battery. Is the voltage over 12.3V?

Low battery power, may be due to corrosion on battery terminals or terminal wires or bad wire or loose connections or bad grounds to frame from battery or engine block to frame, Have your alternator checked too as it may have flopped or have poor connections/wires.
