When I spray washer fluid the wipers automatically go 4 times. Can I change this? It's wearing out wiper blades too fast.

Yes you can but the cost would exceed the cost of the price of replacing the blades many times over.

Depending on your climate and driving conditions wiper blades last about a year. The wiper fluid also lubricates the glass surface so the wear from clearing your windshield using the wash cycle should be negligible.
