does the cobalt have camber adjustments

nope. take it to an alignment shop and have it checked. camber bolts are an option, so is slotting the holes in the struts. its likely your toe is off though, cars with mcpherson struts dont usually get much camber change when dropping them, its usually creates a toe-out. you could also buy a camber kit.
