Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The rear brake light assembly has condensation in it-I had bulb changed andspecial
grease put on it at auto zone and bulb worked until condensation came back-now its
shorted out again-do I need to buy whole new assembly?

Yes, I'd buy a new one, as the seal has failed. If your on a budget, you can remove it, and if the crack or bad seal is visible, add some 100% silicone clear caulk to seal it up.
