Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm trying to remove the middle seat headrest from
ford explorer 2008 to install DVD players to 3rd
row. The middle seat headrest are not like the front
seat headrest. There are no holes for me to insert a
pin and remove headrest like the front. I can push
the cushion down on the middle row headrest I see
a clip around a plastic but it's hard to remove.
Anyone here knows if it's possible to remove?
