how do I obtain the 4 digit code to reset my radio after replacing battery
replaced my battery and now radio doesn't work (at all) and was told I need a 4-digit code to reset it? Do I have to call dealership or car lot were purchased (used), etc...
I believe the 4 digit codes were on the older GM vehicles. Late 90's early 2000's. Have you checked the fuses for the radio and amp? Start there, if that doesn't work then you need to find a good private mechanic with a GM Tech II scan tool. It's what GM mechanics use on all newer vehicles but, any good private mechanic should have one.
