2008 Ford Fusion orange wrench lite came on

came on car seems to be running fine
still I drove it  23 miles with lite on any
suggestion?

I have a 2008 Ford fusion and while driving the orange wrench light came on and when I got to 40 mph its revs up to 3 ... 4 and dont want to shift ... i dont no what to do
