Question type: General

Will the new Mustang be available with a T-Bar roof ?

10 Answers

No, i'm afraid it's not. There will only be a hardtop model and i don't know will they make a convertible.

25

Thats too bad, because a T-Top would look nice.

i disagree, if you like t-tops so much then warp back to the 70s and 80s when GM thought they were cool, oh wait they did till the 2000's. they look cheesy and leak. thank god for no more t tops.

95

They don't leak if you actually do some maintenance on your car, you know things like lubricating the weather strips.

115

no but in 09 or 10 there will an optional new glass top that will replace 3/4 of the roof for the hard top stangs

35

It's going to start in 2009 with the Glassback Roofs. Their tests also show that the glass roofs are stronger than the metal ones.

25

Nope.

I hope they don't do the T-Bar roof, I personallly like the hardtop. NO BUGS But who knows someone might do it?

75

nope ford was not the one who came out with the t-top gm was and the are to stay with gm cars never to go to a ford car thatll just mess it up!!!!and make it look stupid.theyre too tall for one it has to be low to have a t-top

I had a T-Top in my '82 Mustang GT and it never leaked! You have to keep Silicone Lubrication on it.
