Question type: Car Customization

I have a bone stock 08' legacy 2.5i. I love the car but want some more power to it. Anybody got any ideas? I'd like to add a turbo but dont know how much or what other parts i'd have to add to make that happen. Any info would be appreciated.

it depends how much power you really want. a full exhaust, cai, t-stat, and tune would do wonders.

i also have the same problem. do you have a little more detail on what i can purchase and install on my own? turbo maitenence is an unneeded expense at the moment so any other advise would be great.

Any type of engine modification done to a Subaru requires a tune. One way to go is a short ram intake, cobb would be best because it has internal fins to smooth the incoming air so it flows well past the MAF sensor, a full exhaust is also a nice route because subaru factory exhausts tend to be very restrictive. If you do decide to go the turbo route it can get quite price especially on a non-turbo vehicle, because of the supporting mods you would need.

Suspensions tires for starts then intake manifold exhaust then headers and then slap a Avo tubo kit in
