both lo beams dont work either Day running or when manual turn on

You probably just need new bulbs. You can get them at any autoparts store. I recommend Silverstar bulbs

07 Grand prix Lo Beam Fix...The lo beam relay is notorious for going out in these cars and intermittently shutting off the lo beams wile driving & eventually lo beam failure, lo beam relay pointed out in picture and hi beam relay is above it. The lo beam relay is located under the hood in the fuse box labeled #35 DCM Module.
