2008 Nissan Altima Coupe 2.5 loses power

2008 Nissan Altima Coupe 2.5 s will not accelerate
immediately when the left turn signal is on. This only
occurs when the left turn signal is on. It feels as if
the engine drops down a gear and is stuck for
about 5 seconds. What's the issue here?

Did you find out why it was doing that? I'm having the same issue and my mechanic is stuck on why it's doing that
