Electrical issue???

yesterday while driving, came to a stop sign and the wrench light blinked on and then the door and tire lights I pushed on the gas to go and the car did not move as if it had no power. Turned car off, called friend, the car them started right up and acted as if was okay other then some hesitation and ruff running.  Any ideas?

If the wrench is still one, scan the car for the codes, A wrench light on usually means a fault in the throttle control.
