how do i safely remove my powered driver seat

Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable and wait 5 minutes for the airbag system's reserve power to discharge. Then unbolt the seat from the floor. Tilt the seat backwards and unplug the electrical connections. Remove the seat from the car. HTH. -Jim
