i have a 2008 dodge avenger when on high heat setting only warm air comes out.

checked radiator and it's full, however with ac switch in off, the clutch on compressor is on with compressor running. it is cold outside when testing.

Try disconnecting the compressor wire to see if it helps. Maybe there is a bad relay causing it to stay on.
