2008 F250 cluster intermittent shut off

I have a 2008 F250 with the powerstroke. When i accelerate
the cluster shuts down, as i go faster the windows and
blower motor shut down. But when i slow down things start
coming back. Im at a loss...

Alternator was defective, got it changed and now the check engine light is on with considerable power loss

    2008 f250 SOTF 4x 4 wheel will not engage when hubs are in auto, engages fine in LOCK position. I can hear the actuator engaging when i move the selector switch.
