Your best bet is to buy a repair manual. The details and procedures are pretty good and step-by-step. Not a difficult job. Make sure you have the head surfaced and magnafluxed and have the valves checked. Sometimes, it's better (and much faster) to get a re-manufactured cylinder head if you intend to keep the car. The most difficult part is getting the timing belt right - it won't hurt anything if you don't get it right - just won't run very well.
