emergency flasher works

There is a seperate flasher for the hazards and turn signals. Replace or check the turn signal one. The turn signal unit should be up under the dash on the right of the steering wheel. Might be a light blue plastic one. You might have to remove a plastic panel around the steering wheel to access.

Does your blower motor work as well? If not, then it could be your ignition switch is loose and or needs replacing. That is on the steering column under the dash.
