Is the 1990 integra gs compatible with the 1990 rs?

I own a rs, salvaged. I bought a gs. Curious for parts interchange. Also the jumper cables
were hooked up incorrect fried old battery any suggestions?

If they both have the 1.8L with manual transmition the parts should interchange. Have you tried a new battery to see if it will crank? Check for a main fuse or all fuses for that matter. What does it do now with a good battery hooked up to it?
