how do I change a dealer review

I gave Brandon Reeves Auto World of Monroe NC a good review based upon my experience with the sales rep only. After driving the truck I purchased for several weeks, I have encountered numerous issues, some major problems that could cost me thousands of dollars. I texted the sales rep to let him know with no response. The truck repairs will wind up costing me over three thousand dollars. I asked the sales rep if he could assure me the vehicle was 100 percent mechanically ready and he said that he could only say the vehicle had been inspected and as far as he knew the vehicle was sound or something to that effect. Can I change my dealer's review?

It's difficult to change a review. It's not exactly Yelp.....the sales rep can't do anything for you. You would have to contact management or service. Give them the chance to fix it. Did you have a mechanic look it over before purchasing? And did you check out the vehicle's history report too?
