2007 Dodge Ram 1500 4.8L

2 days ago my truck was driving fine.  Today I jump into it and all a sudden its driving like it has no torque.  It feels like what it would if you were driving a stick and trying to start out in 3rd gear.  It wont up shift or down shift.  Any ideas of what it could be and how I can narrow down what my issue is?
