I lost power to my brake lights, turn signals, and park lights on my 07 Dodge Ram but just on the back the one on top of the works i have factory trailer hook up and wiring that still has power

Sounds like a Ground failure or short and your getting a back feed, both related, where to look is another question. The winter salt used on the highways eats ground wires off and an 07 is old enough for this problem. Todays electric system are very complex, this is going to take time and experience, no easy fix.
