2007 dodge ram 1500 4wd problem

My truck is switching from 4wd to neutral and 2wd
and back on its own I replaced the dash switch and
the transfer case motor and it still does it.  What
else could it be?

The control module may have a circuit cross connect or loss of ground pathways, it is crucial that the circuits be 100% for the system to work properly, if all the circuits check good then it has to be the control module. I have found a number of problems with the harness right where it goes through the body, most caused by just normal flexing as you drive. HTH
