2007 chevy silverado 6 cyl o2 sensor on cat converter replaced still reads 0 service said maybe computer our wire

If you're not getting any signal from the downstream oxygen sensor and you've replaced it the problem is most likely with the wiring going to the sensor. However if you keep getting a "catalyst below minimum efficiency" trouble code it's the catalytic converter. HTH. -Jim
