i have acura tl 2000 and i chance de cap radiator and my car still don't take water from reserve

It will only take it if it need,s it,do you have leak?

Righto on that. Top off radiator to very top and should be ok

And remember it's not really a reserve but an overflow tank. Should be only about 1/4 full cold
