My steerwheel is too hard to turn what is the problem
Could be one or more of several items. Ball joints, tie-rod ends or your rack and pinion. Raise vehicle up with front wheels just off the ground and manually move wheels left to right. You should be able to move them without too much difficulty. Check your power steering fluid for excessive debris and particles.
Most likely culprit for excessively heavy steering is the power steering system. Check whether there is fluid in the reservoir and that the pump is actually pumping fluid through the system.
