The most common Transmission leak for BMW X3, 3.30i 2005

I have BMW 2005,X3, 3.0i. I have Oil leak not related to Valve cover, and transmission leak.

Oil can be for the Oil housing gasket. Transmission can be from the pan gasket or one of the hoses. The power steering system uses ATF, so inspect those hoses as well.
