Mazda rx8 flooding

I just bought a 2004 Mazda rx8 and every time I kill
it or turn it off the engine floods it has a new engine
in it but I'm not sure why it floods so much

You're not heating it before shutting it off. These vehicles have NIGHMARE ENGINES.
