g35-03 won't start if not driven for one day

Our g35-03 would periodically not start. Dealer (and another mechanic) couldn't find anything wrong -- battery tested fine, etc. No one could find any drains on battery. Dealer suggested changing out audio system for about $800 and that "may" eliminate the problem. During the winter, the problem seemed to disappear (without doing anything to fix it). This Spring, problem has resurfaced with a vengeance and now the car won't start if it hasn't been driven for a day. When jumped, the car starts immediately and is then fine during the day, even with lots of starts and stops. While parked in the garage over night, car is not likely to start next morning. HELP!!!

did you buy the upgraded alarm system and do have mobile gaurdian for a tracking system?

having similar problem with 2004 G35 sedan. Usually occurs after few days of not starting otherwise it starts and operates fine.

I'am having the same problem. Can any one figure this out? mine does the same thing after overnight like more that 15 hours the battery is drained out and i have to jump start it. I been researching online and I'm guessing it can be the radio mine has a bluetooth recently installed since the cd player don't work. but I'm not 100% sure what it is or where i can go fix this problem. my battery is new and is having issues like that.
