Is there any reliability issues with 2005 Montego AWD and CVT?

Question type: General

How is the vehicle holding up. Is there a reason they have dropped the CVT on the new Sable?

Check out www.carsurvey.org for some real-world reviews of the Montego. I think they have dropped the CVT on the Sable in order to cut costs. Ford is under a lot of pressure to put some entry-level vehicles into the market -- as are most US manufacturers.
