Why won't my 2002 Ford Windstar start? I have replaced the mass air flow sensor and the air filter, could it be the fuel filter?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It has new sparkplugs, air filter, new battery,
it has spark, it is getting gas, and it has air.  I
put a code reader on it, and it says no
codes.  Any ideas??

I have recently been informed that my daughter's boyfriend poured water and Pepsi into my gas tank. Once I get the gas out, I will take it to the police.
