Oil pan plug

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The head of the drain plug is rounded off
from jiffy lube. The last owner went there to
have the oil changed.How do l remove this
drain plug?

Vise grips and buy a new drain plug

I got mine out using a Monkey wrench, it wasn't Jiffy Lube that did it, it was the dealer.
