If fans are coming on the radiator or cooling ports in the engine maybe clogged flush with Prestone Cooling System Flush.

I put the radiator new and continues to heat up

Like I said in the second part of my answer the clogg maybe in the engines cooling system ports.

Is the cooling system made out of metal

hi check the radiator main relay, condenser fan relay, radiator fan relay and thermo sensor if those are ok, remplace the fan control unit and fan timer unit
