I have a 03 grand marquis with the digital thermostat. When i turn on the car the air Only blows out the defrost and floor but if i wait it eventually blows out my vents. How do i fix this problem?

Its not  the vacuum line, i have already
checked it.

Check the vacuum module,sound,s like it may be sticking,may have to replace it.
