Rear brakes

Asked by Jul 07, 2017 at 05:57 PM about the 2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer LS 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I replaced my back brakes and they don't
even have 8,000 miles on them and I need
another set. Why would they go bad so quick
and often

Caliper pistons may not be retracting back properly in the bore when releasing the brakes. It's a good idea to bleed the brake lines when doing even a basic service.
