Some rotors can not be turned and must be replaced. The brakes may have gotten hot and that could warp the rotors. Also check the wheel bearings. The ABS light will not come on unless there is an issue with the ABS system. Do you have mud or street tires on? Tires may cause a vibration if they are damaged and the core is starting to separate from the casing. An eight year old truck could have mechanical failure on any number of parts. Have the steering geometry checked also. Tie rod ends, steering knuckle, or any number of items. bent rims also need to be looked at along with wheel balancing. Start with the rotors, wheel bearings, tires, steering, in that order.

Oh yes, I forgot, brake pads should be checked also for unusual wear or past the replacing specs.
