Oil pressure gauge is dropping to 0 when i stop.

I have 2006 Trailblazer after my temperature gets to 210 and I stop at a stop sign or light
my oil pressure gauge goes to 0 but then when i hit the accelerator it goes past 40

oil sending unit they've been a headache forever on gmc and chevys
