Paint is peeling inside trunk under Mat car is rusting 2006 beetle convertible

Left side of trunk  paint is peeling and car is starting to rust,under mat for spare tire

Where is the car driven and stored? Colored truck bed liner spray works better at rust stopping. Open it up when garaged. Don't use under spray car washes... find why moisture is getting in yor spae well.
