my 2005 ford escape make a loud clicking noise when turning left and is starting to make the same noise now when i turn right also

I have already replaced the cv joint in it and it is  still doing it  what can I do

What is the shape of the tie-rod ends? Boots ripped? I replaced mine at 100K and they were shot. Maybe the dust shields on the brake rotors are bent in contacting the back of the rotor? Stone or screw in the tires?
