05 Chevy Tahoe z71

Hey guys quick question on my Tahoe I went out
to start it after it sat for a few days. I turn the key
an nothing happens no lights sounds like a
complete loss of power. I popped the hood battery
looks good an clean an connects are good... when
I was checking the cables I wiggled the Wareing
harness an the hood light came on an I had power
agin... worked fine the rest of the the day an next
morning same thing it will only start if u wiggle the
harness.. all help is appreciated thanks

Note the diagram. See the top cable from positive side of battery, that cable goes to under hood fuse box. When problem is ongoing,Use a test light and check voltage on both ends of that cable, if voltage on one end but not the other, replace cable. Make sure connections are good and clean, also cable ends. voltage and grounds are important.
