AWD not getting full power from engine

Fwd, high and low both work fine. AWD DOESN'T
SEEM TOBE getting full power from engine.Also ac
blower stopped working... With all these issues I'm
reading about, none seem to be my problem. Did I
make a huge mistake buying a dodge?

Also reverse gets full power...

I had a leak from the sunroof prior to problem.
