My Expedition started with a stumble when driving, then a code was thrown cylinder 3 miss fire so we changed the spark plugs and coil packs then it would not start at all there was no fuel getting into the motor so my husband and I replaced the air and fuel filter it than ran for 2 days, then we replaced the fuse block, and fuel pump, ran for 2 days again, then replaced the inline fuel rail sensor, fuel pump driver module, and the battery it ran for another 2 days and now it will not work at all we have 12volts all the way to fuel pump and when we test fuel pump out of the tank on our battery charger it works but on the car it does not we are lost can anyone help??

...well let's start with the basics....have someone undo the 1/0 cable to the chassis/ground and wirebrush the corrosion off till shiny....then brush the chassis too...this connection has to pull 300 cold cranking amps...the startermotor pulls so much amperage that it actually "welds" the bolted connection and becomes uncertain and provides variable amperages and voltages under varying conditions...yes you've got 12 volts at the pump, but when goosed for more juice is starved of the amperage needed~...clean the main ground connection...things should go normal then~

Just because the pump runs out of the tank doesn't mean it is a good pump, bite the bullet and replace the pump with a new one.

ck to see if the check engine lite is off while cranking engine,if pcm is not getting a rpm signal from crank sensor pcm will not fire off injectors

I hate to be the one to tell you but by now, after all the money you've spent, you could have had the vehicle properly diagnosed and repaired. Stop throwing money at it.
