As I've stated a few times before: it's a relay and module associated with ignition. Take it to a good mechanic you trust. It'll cost you about $150.00. The blinking light thing happened in my 2002 Expedition two years ago. Haven't had a problem since.

My 07 mercury mountaineer won't turn over,start,..nothing!dash lights,radio..etc, comes on,but that's it..Did the throttle actuator, throttle sensor..no go. We get code P2111(throttle plate stuck open)which test and visual say/show not stuck open. Turn key on/off 8x push fob buttons (w/ignition on) no luck, .what module did u replace?
