I have a 2004 Ford Explorer V8. I get great cold air but when i even slightly turn the dial to try and get heat, it starts clicking an only blows cold air. Any advice?
Check the blower actuator on the blower box under passenger dash.It controls cool to hot.
The actuator is the size of a cigarette box and electrical. Best to check the web to see what replacement entails. Fifty buck part and a good chance the entire dash has to come out. On earlier model explorers it has to come out.
The actuator can be accessed through the glove box.
