The accessory chargers in my 2004 ford explorer no longer work, how I can fix this without going to the dealer ship?

Both cigarette lighters/accessory charging ports no longer work in my vehicle. Where can get these replaced? I really don't want to go to a dealership and ask them to make this repair.

thank you!

Might be as simple as replacing the fuse that powers them, and can do that yourself. Did you put anything into them that would cause that?

The actual port needs to be replaced. I think the AZ heat plus wear and tear on the component is what damaged it. I believe the fuse still works so hopefully I can find a new port somewhere. If I can get a good picture of what I am referring to, I will. Thank you so much for your quick reply!

The cigar lighter and 12V port are different. Are both out? If you know it isn't the fuse, you can purchase them from the parts department at ford or purchase them over the internet.
