I have no taillights or dashboard lights
I have a 2004 ford explorer won't come out
of park and the tail lights or dashboard
lights don't work.
Your dash lights and tail lights are on the same circuit. Check your fuses.
If you have a totally dead battery, or if the brake switch is broken the car will not come out of park. The brake has to be applied for the shift to work.
I appreciate tht answer, I will try this.
