i tried every thing to get my 2004 explorer to come out of 4x4 low but still stuck

Have you tried tapping on the transfer case shift motor as someone puts the switch into 2WD? If nothing happens then the only way to get it out of 4WD is to get the rig on level ground, possibly even get the wheels off the ground so there is no loads on the drivetrain, remove the shift motor assembly and manually turn the pawl in the transfer case to get it into 2WD, then cover the hole with some duck tape or gorilla tape to keep the crud out, that way you can at least drive it until you have the time to do the diagnostics on the 4X4 system.
