I drive a 2005 ford exploer. The inside right signal flashes very quickly. The right tail light was out so I had the tail lights replaced. They worked fine briefly, but are out again. The inside signal still flashes quickly. Is this a fuse issue? Because the tail light are new.

either a bad bulb or connection issue at which ever bulb is not blinking.
