The next step is to begin checking for electrical ground problem, or possibly a problem within the body control module. Most likely a ground. You will need electrical knowledge and test equipment which you problem do not have (multimeter). You may also have to disassemble parts of the vehicle to gain access to connection points. An electrical schematic of the systems affected is a must.

Also, did anything unusual happen just before this all went out like an accident?
