Why does the turn signal circuit not working, but the fuse is ok. Nothing else on that circuit works either. What do I check so the circuit will operate. The turn signal relay is ok.

Try another fuse .sometimes they look fine but are blown.

ONE OF THE TURN SIGNAL BULBS IS BURNT OUT. REPLACE IT AND YOU'LL BE OKAY.

Check the housing for the bulb. Sometimes you get a bi of unseen moisture on the contacts. My GT had trouble with the left front and it was geting a little moisture in the housing. I cured that by using some conductive bulb grease before changing the bulb. Haven't replaced one since I did that over a year ago.
