Would 69 351windsor heads be a good upgrade for my stock 88 mustang

For the money you'd spend for Windsors better to buy Eldelbrock aluminum heads or Dart heads. But be careful you need water cross- over cooling ports for the street. Some don't have them. Aftermarket heads come ported & polished too, with high perf valves & springs.

Josh: I put those same heads on my 260 bored .40 over. great upgrade,there the DO0E heads and the combustion chamber is about the same, so you won't loose compression.they really brought that SBF to life....hope this helps
